Aoike
Named after Japan's striking blue ponds, Aioke pairs Caribbean rum with yuzu and vanilla for a vivid tropical cocktail. Rich, balanced, and visually stunning, this is an island classic that tastes as good as it looks.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- ¼ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 2 oz caribbean rum
- ¼ oz blue curaçao
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ of pineapple juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice
