Baldwin's Sherry Colada
Created by Ran Duan at Baldwin Bar, this piña colada reimagining replaces rum with warm sherry, allowing the familiar comfort of pineapple and coconut to reveal new depth and nuance.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 2 oz amontillado sherry
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain into a glass
