Set sail into summer with this refreshing Memorial Day cocktail! Perfectly crafted for those boat traffic vibes—cheers to good company, great views, and a drink that hits just right.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  • ½ oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1 ½ oz white rum
  • ⅔ oz grapefruit juice 
  • ⅓ oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Instructions:

  • Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice
  • Strain into a Collins glass and top with ice
  • Garnish with half wheel of citrus
