Liber and Co. Syrups have elevated my bar program significantly. As a bar manager, while I wouldn't call it the cheapest product on the market, it still has elevated my profit margins by both increasing cocktail sales, and by saving labor costs for making time-consuming, house-made syrups behind the bar. Actually, I've been able to lower liquor content in cocktails using these, and make up that cost difference even before those considerations. Great for mocktails too! 5 stars isn't high enough for what this has done for my bev program.

I use the passion fruit, fig and blood orange syrups in my bar. Amazing products

It tastes like Passion Fruit. I can understand all the ingredients. What more could you want?
