El Torogoz
A vibrant tropical sour that layers Caribbean and banana rums with bitter Campari and Madagascar vanilla sweetness. Pineapple and lime juice brighten the blend into something balanced, fruity, and unexpectedly smooth.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- ¾ oz Caribbean blended rum
- ¾ oz Ron Colon Red Banana Rum
- ¾ oz Campari
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
