Fair Weather Highball

Aperol's bitter orange balances the mango's sweetness, gin adds a dry, juniper-forward base, and lemon brings the acid a highball like this needs. Club soda lightens the whole thing so it drinks easy on an actual nice day.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Alphonso Mango Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass with ice and top with club soda
