Nine Dragons

Matt Ryan Shelhart's citrusy gin sour bridges bitter and bright. Blood orange aperitivo and Cynar bring herbaceous depth, while Madagascar vanilla syrup adds richness and complexity to the profile.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
• 1 oz gin
• ½ oz blood orange liqueur
• ½ oz Cynar
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Double strain into glass
