Non-Alc Blackberry Valentine
Created by our friends at UT SHIFT, this one is for post Valentine's Day dinner celebration. It carries an velvet hue from the pairing of beet juice and blackberry syrup. The zero-proof gin and a touch of tonic syrup provide a dryness that cuts through the earthy notes, while fresh lemon and club soda keep the finish light. Served in a coupe, it’s a sophisticated choice for a good evening that favors depth over proof.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
- barspoon Premium Tonic Syrup
- 1 oz zero proof gin
- 2 oz beet juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a glass
