Peached Julep

A tasty riff on the beloved classic that features bright, fruit flavor from our Yakima Valley Peach Syrup!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 2 ½ oz whiskey
• 5-7 mint leaves

Instructions:

• Gently muddle mint and syrup in your julep tin
  
• Add bourbon and fill with crushed ice
• Gently stir to chill and dilute, then top with more crushed ice

Glass:

• Julep or rocks

Garnish:

• fresh mint spring
