This tropical creation showcases ripe passionfruit and stonefruit flavor balanced perfectly against a warm rum foundation. Bright lime and mint provide a refreshing lift that makes this cocktail a must-try on warm days.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 oz aged rum
  
• ½ oz overproof Jamaican rum
• ½ oz apricot liqueur
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• 2-3 dashes angostura bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain over crushed ice
