This vibrant, refreshing non-alcoholic beverage combines earthy beet juice with bold blood orange and tart lime flavors. It's a colorful, health-conscious drink with delicious vegetal notes and bright citrus.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Blood Orange Cordial
  • 2 oz beet juice
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients, minus club soda, to a shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Double strain over ice and top with club soda
