This Blood Orange Cordial captures the full flavor spectrum of ripe California blood oranges. We marry fresh blood orange juice with the fruit’s cold-pressed peel oils and natural acids. The resulting tart, juicy flavor is punchy and complex - just like the blood orange itself.

In the end, we selected the Moro cultivar from Southern California. It delivers ripe sweet orange flavors alongside intense raspberry notes. It's rich in anthocyanins that give its juice a deep garnet hue.
I immediately tried both cocktails on the blood orange cordial bottle and found both to be excellent. I had to sub Carpano bianco for the gran classico so I’m curious to try it with gran classico. The blood orange flavor comes in bright and strong on both. Fortunately I bought the orgeat in the same order as the blood orange and so glad I did. I have made my own orgeat and the Liber version is even better, with rich almond flavor. So nice to find products that are not full of preservatives and added flavors. Good job, Liber & Co!
Fantastic! Liber & co makes great cocktail syrups. Will definitely buy again 🙂!!
In search for a homemade version of Blood Orange Lemonade , my husband had me search for Blood Orange to add to lemonade, Liber's Blood Orange Cordial is his favorite!
Blood Orange Cordial
I received several syrups as a gift and this is probably my favorite thus far. We just reordered 2x of the large bottles to stock up. Rhyme or Reason is my fav I've made, but you could use it for margs, or to improvise in plenty of other cocktails, or even mocktails. Recommend!
