This Blood Orange Cordial captures the full flavor spectrum of ripe California blood oranges. We marry fresh blood orange juice with the fruit’s cold-pressed peel oils and natural acids. The resulting tart, juicy flavor is punchy and complex - just like the blood orange itself.

In the end, we selected the Moro cultivar from Southern California. It delivers ripe sweet orange flavors alongside intense raspberry notes. It's rich in anthocyanins that give its juice a deep garnet hue.
The blood orange is great with a variety of base liquors, from bourbon to tequila.
hello i ordered the blood orange but i did not receive it with my order
We love our Liber & Co syrups.. maybe a little too much if you know what I mean. We tried the Passion Fruit, Orgeat, and Blood Orange Cordial and we have been loving the Saturn drink with the Passion Fruit and Orgeat. We still need to find our favorite drink with the Blood Orange, but Liber's website makes it fun and easy to whip something together.
I bought a cocktail book during quarantine, and that eventually led me to liber and co. Their syrups are great! The blood orange is the perfect amount of acidity. I love the orgeat and the fiery ginger as well, perfect for a mai tai or a penicillin. Big fan, I’ve already bought a few rounds and will be buying more once I run out.
I got three different cordials and they are all superb. The recipes on the back of the bottles are wonderful as well. I will definitely be ordering more when these get low!
