This Blood Orange Cordial captures the full flavor spectrum of ripe California blood oranges. We marry fresh blood orange juice with the fruit’s cold-pressed peel oils and natural acids. The resulting tart, juicy flavor is punchy and complex - just like the blood orange itself.

In the end, we selected the Moro cultivar from Southern California. It delivers ripe sweet orange flavors alongside intense raspberry notes. It's rich in anthocyanins that give its juice a deep garnet hue.
Worth the little extra money for the quality.
Especially good in an Amalfi Highball, you will love Liber's Blood Orange Cordial!
Great for cocktails, mocktails and even for flavoring things other than beverages!
It’s my favorite syrup! I use it a number or cocktails and it’s always a winner!
I really like Liber Blood Orange Cordial, because it captures the fruity sweet/tart goodness of Blood Oranges! When added to orange-based cocktails, this cordial adds depth of flavor and nuance. The recipe that follows is my go-to for a delicious Blood Orange Gin and Tonic Cocktail.
2 oz Gin
2 oz fresh Blood Orange Juice
1/2 oz Liber Blood Orange Cordial
2 dashes Orange Bitters
4 oz Tonic Water
In a tall Highball Glass, pour ingredients over ice, and stir gently. Decorate drink with a twist of orange peel, or a slice of Blood Orange.
