This Blood Orange Cordial captures the full flavor spectrum of ripe California blood oranges. We marry fresh blood orange juice with the fruit’s cold-pressed peel oils and natural acids. The resulting tart, juicy flavor is punchy and complex - just like the blood orange itself.

In the end, we selected the Moro cultivar from Southern California. It delivers ripe sweet orange flavors alongside intense raspberry notes. It's rich in anthocyanins that give its juice a deep garnet hue.
Expect a sweet and tart punch, with just a hint of orange peel bitterness
I use this cordial with some whiskey (usually rye) with an orange expression over the top. Delish!
This stuff is good, just know a little goes a long way! Makes a special drink either with alcohol or not
Making margaritas with it.
I purchased this syrup inspired by Nic Hamilton's modified French 75 recipe using it on TikTok. The syrup is delicious and provides a really rich orange flavor. It is sweet and sour and makes an awesome margarita!
I've been using the Blood Orange Cordial in the Matee Tai drink. The sweet and tart flavor bring the drink to life! I look forward to making the Bloody Grog with it as well.
