Alpine Sour

An aggressively and delightfully flavored sour. Tart, herbal and rich, orgeat's unctuous character holds this bold shake together. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 oz brandy
  
• 1 bottle of Underberg bitters ( ⅔ oz)
  
• 1 oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Glass:

Garnish:

• grated nutmeg
