Bold and delicious. This drink showcases how grainy bourbons love a little herbaceousness. Pineapple Gum Syrup lends a rich mouthfeel and touch of tropical freshness. 

Ingredients:

  • barspoon Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz amaro (Meletti recommended)
  • barspoon Green Chartreuse
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass over ice

  • orange peel
