Bitter Mai Tai
Campari's bitter orangey profile gives this Mai Tai riff a dry and complex edge. We pull back on the orgeat pour to account for Campari's added sugar.
Ingredients:

½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)

½ oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel
