Blackberry Whiskey Smash


Fruit-forward without being too sweet. A perfect spring and early summer drink.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz whiskey
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 4 blackberries 
  • sprig of mint

Instructions:

  • Muddle berries, mint, and syrup in a mixing tin 
  • Add lemon juice, whiskey and ice 
  • Shake until chilled
  • Double strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass

Glass:

  • Rocks

Garnish:

  • Mint
  • Blackberries
