Inspired by Imbibe, this frozen riff takes the daiquiri to the garden for a vibrant, tiki-adjacent treat. The earthy sweetness of carrot juice pairs with spiced falernum and white rum, and Classic Gum Syrup ensures a smooth texture that stays perfectly creamy when blended. 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 ¾ oz white rum
  • ¾ oz falernum
  • 1 oz carrot juice 
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy
  • Pour in a glass
