Chartreuse Swizzle

This amazing, beautiful green cocktail was developed by Marco Dionysos at Smuggler's Cove in San Francisco. An interesting combination of ingredients that when combined work exceptionally well!

Ingredients:

  • ½ Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ½ oz Velvet Falernum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 dash tiki bitters

Instructions:

  • Fill a highball glass halfway with ice
  • Add all ingredients and swizzle for 10 seconds
  • Top with ice and swizzle again for 5 seconds
