Cirque Swizzle

From the creative mind of Jessica Gonzalez at Death & Co. Think of the classic Aviation cocktail, but more fun and refreshing.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
  
• ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
  
• barspoon crème yvette
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  
• ½ oz vanilla syrup
  

Instructions:

• Dry shake all ingredients
  
• Pour into a pilsner glass with crushed ice
• Swizzle until cold
• Top with another barspoon of crème yvette
