Coffey Park Swizzle

A riff on the classic queen park swizzle, with a ginger-y twist and the addition of sherry.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 1 oz amontillado sherry
  
• 1 oz aged rum
• ¼ oz falernum
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

• Build all ingredients in glass
• Add crushed ice and swizzle until frosty
  
• Top with more ice if necessary and garnish
