Crème Fraîche Daiquiri
This twist on the classic daiquiri combines the distinctive vegetal character of Oaxacan rum with rich, tangy crème fraîche that adds velvety texture and subtle sourness. Balanced with bright lime and our Classic Gum Syrup, it creates a smooth, creamy cocktail with sophisticated depth and an indulgent, dessert-like finish.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Oaxacan rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain in a chilled class
