This silken Martini riff balances zesty olive with deep bergamot.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup

  • 1½ oz vodka

  • ¼ oz Italicus bergamot liqueur

  • ¼ oz olive brine

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Express and garnish with a lemon twist
