Desert Flower


A bright, delightful, floral drink. A great introduction to using sotol in cocktails.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 2 oz sotol reposado
  • ½ oz honeysuckle liqueur
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 1-2 dashes tiki bitters

Instructions:

  • Shake all with ice for 10 seconds
  • Strain over ice into a rocks glass
  • Garnish
