Transition your highball to the cooler months with warming whiskey, baking spice, and roasted almonds.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • ½ oz Irish whiskey
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz St George Spiced Pear Liqueur 
  • club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass
  • Top with soda water and stir
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick
