F*ck It’s Hot

When the temperature goes up, it's often best to bring the ABV down. Cool off with this light-hitting refresher.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 oz aquavit
• 1 oz bitter aperitivo*
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• *Campari or Suze are good bets
• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass over crushed ice
  

Glass:

• pilsner or highball
  

Garnish:

• lemon wheel
