A more elegant and complex take on the daiquiri, featuring Pineapple Gum Syrup.

Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz light rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz apricot brandy
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
