Irish Maid


A fresh and light way to use Irish Whiskey - tastes like the first days of spring.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 2 slices cucumbers 

Instructions:

  • Muddle cucumbers and syrup in a mixing tin
  • Add remaining ingredients and ice
  • Shake until chilled
  • Double strain over ice into a rocks glass

Glass:

  • Rocks

Garnish:

  • cucumber slices
