It Gets Funkier

A lovely pineapple daiquiri take that highlights the salted-banana funk of Smith & Cross jamaican rum.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • ½ oz light rum
  • ½ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross strongly suggested!)
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 1 dash cardamom bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe

Glass:

  • coupe

Garnish:

  • pineapple leaves
