King Daiquiri

So named for pineapple's crown (leaves), and the fact that this is a big, bold daiquiri. The cooling mint notes in fernet help this flavor profile work well into autumn.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz overproof rum (Plantation O.F.T.D recommended)
  • 1 oz pineapple rum (Plantation Stiggins' recommended)
  • ¼ oz fernet
  • ¾ oz lime juice

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
    • Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled coupe
