Lost in Thyme

Find thyme playing beautifully with citrus and tropical fruit in this elegant cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 2 oz vodka
  

• ½ oz lime juice
  

• ½ oz lemon juice
  
• 3 springs fresh thyme
  

Instructions:

• Muddle thyme and syrup in a cocktail shaker
  
• Add vodka, juices, and ice, shake hard for 20 seconds
  
• Strain into a cocktail glass
  

Glass:

Garnish:

• lemon twist and thyme sprig
