Non-Alc Amaretto Sour
A perfect balance of sweet, sour, and bitter notes, this refreshing non-alcoholic classic is the perfect indulgence for any occasion!
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Lyre's Amaretti
- ¾ oz Spiritless Kentucky 74
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 full droppers All The Bitter aromatic bitters
- ½ oz egg white or Aquafaba
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake hard for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake hard again for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- garnish with a cherry
