Non-Alc Earthen Blackberry Orgeat

This cocktail is one of the easiest, most flavorful cocktails to add to your Zero Proof recipes. Orgeat not only adds a little sweetness, it also adds a hint of creaminess that makes this cocktail extra special! Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 6-8 blackberries
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz gin alternative (Wilderton Earthen recommended)
  • club soda

Instructions:

  • Add orgeat, berries, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker tin and muddle
  • Add gin alternative and ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Top with club soda
  • Garnish with blackberries
