Non-Alc Gin Sour

This riff on a whiskey sour is a light and refreshing must-try! The gin alternative lends a wonderful and botanical flavor profile. Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz gin alternative (Drink Monday recommended)
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• lemon peel

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients, except lemon peel, to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-20 seconds
• Strain into coupe
• Express lemon peel over drink
