Once Over #2
From Ryan Gannon at Cure in New Orleans. Frozen with agave isn't a common mashup, but a lengthy pour of low proof Aperol tames this frigid sipper and makes it ideal for a blistering summer day.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Aperol
- ½ oz tequila
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¼ mezcal
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except mezcal to a blender
- Add 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass and float mezcal
- Garnish with mint
