Peach Paloma

This is an easy riff on an absolute classic! Peach and grapefruit sparkling water pair perfectly here.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 2 oz tequila
• ¼ oz lemon juice
  
• 4 oz grapefruit sparkling water

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except club soda to the cocktail shaker
  
• Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
• Strain into a highball glass with ice
• Top with grapefruit sparkling water
