Non-Alc Pick-me
This non-alcoholic cocktail is perfect for a sunny day. Refreshing and absolutely tasty!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3-4 sprigs of thyme
- 3-4 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Strip thyme sprigs into a shaker tin and add blackberry syrup
- Gently muddle then add lemon juice
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain over ice and top with club soda
