Pineapple Absinthe Frappé
“This is a very slight riff on the forgotten classic cocktail the Absinthe Frappé. The ingredients list might seem a bit bare, but absinthe is a strong and flavorful spirit and this is a cocktail that benefits tremendously from heavy dilution.”
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 oz absinthe
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a glass
- Add crushed ice and stir to combine
- Top with lots of crushed ice and garnish with mint
