Barbecue meets its perfect match in this blend of mezcal and amaro. Smokey, bitter, tart and even salty. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz mezcal
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add cubed ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a salt rimmed rocks glass filled with cubed ice.

Glass:

  • Rocks

Garnish:

  • salt and grapefruit twist
