Prince Henry's Punch

Created by Los Angeles bartender Pablo Moix, the Prince Henry Punch is earthy, tart, herbaceous, and fruity all at once. The key to its gorgeous color and fresh berry flavor is our Raspberry Gum Syrup.

  • ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
  • ¾ oz rhum agricole blanc
  • ¾ oz aged rum
  • ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 dashes aromatic bitters
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass and top with ice
