Rooster Tail

Bright and showy, this cocktail has just the right amount of nutty and fruit flavors.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz madeira
  • 1½ oz bonded applejack
  • ½ oz peach liqueur
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions:

  • Add add ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
  • Strain over crushed into a chilled glass

Glass:

  • goblet

Garnish:

  • fresh raspberries and mint
