This split-base riff on a spicy Bloody Mary gets its heat from both hot sauce and ginger, with soy sauce raising the savory quotient. From the Tipsy Muse.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 oz aquavit
- 1 oz gin
- 2 oz carrot juice

½ fresh lemon juice
- dash soy sauce
- few dashes hot sauce, to taste
- 3 drops fennel bitters (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled Collins glass or Mason jar with ice
