The syrup provides a silky texture that carries the spiciness of the serrano pepper, while the cayenne salt rim ensures a complex finish.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz reposado tequila
- 1 oz carrot juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 serrano pepper slices
- 8-10 cilantro leaves
Instructions:
- Add syrup, serrano pepper slices, and cilantro in a shaker and muddle
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
