Surfer on Shrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 oz Jagermeister
- 1 oz shiitake mushroom rum*
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 drops 20% saline solution
*Combine 275 mL rum and 4 grams dried shittake mushrooms in a container for 3 hours then strain
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over a large format ice cub
