A bold mezcal sour that layers smoky complexity with tropical banana rum and bright citrus. Madagascar vanilla rounds out the edges while Angostura bitters add depth and intrigue.

Ingredients:

    • ¾ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
    • 1 ½ oz mezcal
    • ½ oz Ron Colon Red Banana Rum
    • ¾ oz fresh orange juice
    • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
    • 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a shaker
    • Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
    • Strain over crushed ice
