Three Amigos

This complex, spirit-forward cocktail harmoniously blends aged rum, brandy, and nutty sherry with tart lemon and sweet almond orgeat. The layered bitters add aromatic depth, creating a sophisticated, well-balanced sipper with rich, nutty undertones and bright citrus lift.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat
• ¾ oz Dos Maderas 5+5 rum
• ¾ oz brandy
• ¾ oz Dry Sack Medium Sherry
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 dashes black walnut bitters
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain over crushed ice
