Cocktails for Super Bowl Sunday

Super Bowl Sunday calls for big plays, great food, and drinks that can keep up with the action. Whether you are hosting a packed house or watching with a small crew, having a solid lineup of easy, crowd friendly cocktails makes all the difference. These game day picks are simple to prep, easy to scale, and guaranteed to be a hit from kickoff through the final whistle.

Moscow Mule

This classic vodka and ginger cocktail is a crowd pleaser for a reason, it is crisp, refreshing, and pairs effortlessly with game day food. Our Fiery Ginger Syrup is what sets this mule apart, bringing bold ginger heat and layered spice that delivers a smooth but powerful kick. It is easy to scale up for a crowd, simply pre mix the vodka, lime juice, and Fiery Ginger Syrup ahead of time, then add soda water right before serving for a fresh, perfectly balanced drink every time.

Blood Orange Michelada

By swapping out our Blood Orange Cordial for a portion of the traditional tomato juice, this spicy beer cocktail gets a bright pop of fruity goodness. The citrus notes balance the heat and savory flavors, making it refreshing, bold, and easy to drink. It is the perfect choice for fans who like a little kick with their game day beer.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Blood Orange Cordial
  • 4 oz lager beer
  • 1 oz tomato juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • Tajin or other chili/lime/salt mix to taste

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled pilsner glass with chili salted rim
  • Garnish with lime wheel

Anana Cider

This year's Super Bowl is taking place during one of the coldest winters on record, making it the perfect excuse to reach for something warm and comforting. This tangy, rum and apple cider punch is elevated by our Pineapple Gum Syrup, which adds a rich tropical sweetness and subtle spice that sets it apart from a standard hot cider. Cozy, flavorful, and easy to batch, the Anana Cider is an ideal game day drink for keeping the chill away from kickoff to the final whistle.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz dark rum
  • ¼ oz falernum
  • 6 oz heated apple cider (non-alcoholic, not carbonated)
  • optional squeeze of lemon

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a mug
  • Stir to combine

From crisp and refreshing sips to warm, bold flavors perfect for winter weather, these cocktails cover all the bases for game day. Mix them up ahead of time, set them out with your favorite snacks, and focus on what really matters, the game, the commercials, and celebrating every big moment with a great drink in hand. 🏈
