Blue Suede Shoes

A fruity and refreshing whiskey sour riff that melds baking spice with raw cane sugar and honey. Punchy and spiced enough to take you into colder weather.

Ingredients:

• barspoon Demerara Gum Syrup
  
• 2 oz bourbon
  
• ½ oz honey syrup
  
• ¾ oz lemon juice
  
• 1 dash aromatic bitters
  
• 3-4 blueberries
• 1-2 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Muddle blueberries and syrup in a shaker tin
  
• Add all but club soda and shake for 10 seconds
  
• Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
  
• Top with club soda

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• lemon wheel and blueberries
