More than just a raw sugar syrup, Demerara Gum Syrup delivers incredible depth of flavor. Demerara cane sugar is unrefined, and you’ll find that its distinct molasses note perfectly complements rum and barrel-aged spirits of all kinds. Just like our Classic Gum Syrup, gum arabic gives the syrup a silky texture to create a more luxuriant drink.

Great syrup

I use this syrup for tiki drinks and it totally works. Great flavor . Not like a regular simple syrup. More rich.

Great for Old Fashioneds

If you're like me and like your Old Fashioned cocktails on the less sweet side, try substituting one (1) teaspoon of Demerara Gum Syrup for the simple syrup/sugar cube. Sugary sweetness is eliminated while the depth and savory quality of the drink is enhanced.
