Ginny From the Block

Floral and bright, this peach cocktail is elegant with a range of complexity depending on the gin you choose. It's also a beautiful serve.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  
• ¾ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 15 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe
