Non-Alc Pink-ish Lady
"This might be one of the more complicated cocktails that I've tried to make Zero Proof. Applejack is a high-proof spirit and the star of this cocktail, and so far I've not been able to find a good mirror for this spirit. I still have some work to do, but this is a good close second. It's a delicious treat with a silky finish." Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Real Grenadine
- 1 ½ oz Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 1 oz Gnista Barreled Oak
- 1 oz Lyre's American Malt
- ¼ oz apple cider
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 droppers All The Bitter Angostura Bitters
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain and garnish
